Weather forecast can at least provide crude predictions for the occurrence of tornado, but this information can go inaccurate due to the wide scale of outside factors influencing the tornadoââ¬â¢s characteristics[4]. However, even with continuous and vast studies being made to further understand the behavior of these tornadoes, predicting the occurrence of weather even with crude indications are still impossible[5]. Some predictions even fall into inaccuracy at times wherein those areas with less frequent tornadoes are being populated more than those areas with predictions of tornado occurrence but with little or no manifestation of the phenomenon. à Tornadoes, rather than being spread uniformly, as the case for solid body rotation, most of the vorticity and the ascent within the interior of the tornado vortex tend to become concentrated within a narrow ring, just inside the radius of strongest winds. Under certain conditions, this ring of extremely high vorticity can break down into multiple vortices, whose signatures are clearly evident in the situations of aerial debris[6]. In fact, natureââ¬â¢s most violent storms are usually quite small and localized. They are generated, shaped and dominated by powerful winds that whirl around a small area of extremely low pressure, creating a revolving storm with the characteristic swirling, funnel-shaped clouds[7]. à à à à à à à à à à à The easiest way to estimate the size of a tornado is by the size of the damage path. Usually, the common type of tornadoââ¬â¢s path is from one to two miles wherein the width exceeds up to 50 yards. So far, the largest width the ever recorded accounts to one mile, while the smallest is considered 10 yards[8]. Tornado is formed and driven by a very low pressure winds present at its very core low pressure as its centre, which is often as much as 100mb lower than in the surrounding air. This scenario creates an overly steep pressure gradient that sucks in surrounding air and generates high wind speeds. So far, the studies have revealed the usual occurrence of tornado resides in isolated incidents or in great numbers along a storm front. In extreme cases, these tornadoes can even generate more than 300 miles (483 kilometers) per hour and may travel over 200 miles; the average tornado is much weaker and lasts for 5 to 10 minutes on the ground and traveling 2 to 5 miles[17]. A whirling mass of cloud and debris beneath a roiling sky is a truly awesome and frightening sight. The twisting winds inside a tornado average between 100 and 150 miles per hour, but some storms generate winds in excess of 200 miles per hour[18]. The Popularity of E-mail E-mail in one way or another plays a role in just about everyone's life. Just about everyone has a computer and uses it to communicate. E-mailing and instant messaging is easy and almost necessary for people in today's world. Ã Ã Ã Ã Ã E-mailing and instant messaging definitely plays a large role in my life. In all honesty one of the first things I do in the morning is get up and check my e-mail to see if anyone has sent me a message. It's become a routine for me. I get up get ready for school and chick my messages just like many of my friends and a good portion of today's world.Ã Ã Ã Ã Ã Ã Ã Ã Ã Ã Personally I think that sending e-mails and instant messaging is great as long as you don?t let yourself get too caught up with it. I usually check my mail when I first wake up and before I go to bed at night. I see no problem with that, but I have friends and family members that spend a good portion of there day sitting in front of there computer screen just sending e-mails back and forth. Its almost like the computer has control of them, they sit and wait to receive a short message from a friend just to send one back. Ã Ã Ã Ã Ã In ?We?ve Got Mail Always?, Andrew Leonard talks about how many people in today isolate themselves in front of the computer and essentially waste there whole day away. In the following essay on Biblical World View of, Business Administration, with the foundational Christian belief that man was created in the image of God. There will be two examples in this essay that will explain this view. In the first example, I will be going over leadership and how important it is as a Christian to remember your foundational belief that we are created in the image of God. The second example, I will be discussing the importance of honesty for Christians, since we are created in the image of God.ââ¬Å"Immediately following each day of creation God saw that it was good, but after the creation of man, God saw that it was very goodâ⬠. Example 1 In this example, I will be going over leadership and the Christian foundation that we were created in the image of God.From the very beginning of our creation as humans, we were give leadership over all his creation. With leadership, in any aspect, you will possess tremendous responsibility, and power over others, and their lives. King David stated in Psalm 139 ââ¬Å"Thank you for making me so wonderfully complex! So needless to say I will be in charge the entire project at hand. With this position sin exists around every corner, just to name a few, Stealing, cheating, and deceiving people. This is why one should always remember, we are created in his image. Jesus Christ was a great leader, to whom followers looked up to for guidance, and answers. When I was a kid my grandmother always would say ââ¬Å"What would Jesus do? Still to this day I use that very same question. With all the deceitfulness, and cheating that corrupts the business world, one must always remember in leadership people under you look to you for answers and guidance.You reflect who you are, no one else. So why not reflect the one who created you in his own image. Always ask yourself what would Jesus do? Example 2 In this example I will be going over how honesty in my chosen field of study relates to how we are creat ed in the image of God. Again the image of God is far more than the physical appearance. ââ¬Å"Jesus is said to perfectly represent God the fatherâ⬠. (Etzel and Gutierrez, Praxis Beyond Theory, 2012, p 62) Jesus himself stated this in John 10:30. The Bible says Jesus was sin less and Jesus and God are one.So we can safely say we are the image of God and Jesus. Jesus threw his existence was humble, forgiving, and honest. So in Theory, if we are anything other than his likeness, then we could say, we would be the opposite of them, and that would be sinning. As Christians we strive not to sin, and remain in his image. In Project Management, I will be doing an enormous amount of managing of a lot of different people, funds, and business obligations. So with that being said, perception of how people perceive me and my demeanor will represent how I will be treated by fellow coworkers.ââ¬Å"Keep your conduct among the gentiles honorable, so that when they speak against you as evil d oers, they may see your good deeds and glorify God on the day of visitationâ⬠. (1 Peter 2:12) King David was with himself and God and ultimately committed adultery and in the end murder. In my chosen field many people will look to me for advice and answers. I much rather be looked at by the people I will be leading as someone who walked with Jesus, instead of an Evildoer. ConclusionSince I have started my journey at Liberty University, I have learned a lot of things that will help me obtain a closer relationship with God. Upon completion of my studies, and once in the work field, my goal will to strive to walk in Gods footsteps. Perception on how people will perceive me will make or break me in this field. I cannot think of anyone else, but God, to be in the likeness of. Sin will be around every corner, all I can do is, look to my Bible, pray, and keep asking myself ââ¬Å"What would Jesus do? ââ¬

Clinical Theory Introduction Nurses utilize multiple theories daily to care for patients and their families, though these theories range from grand, to situation-specific, to mid-range the nurse tends to focuses on which theory will provide the best care to his/her patient. Perhaps in my opinion mid-range theories with their growing frequency of use are best suited for nursing in the 21st century. Mid-range theories are said to be middle rather than ordinary but they are specific enough to evaluate observed situations (McCurry, Revell, Roy, 2009). Health promoting behavior is enhanced through nursing practice, which enhances the patientââ¬â¢s overall well being. This mid-range theory is important today because it guides a supportive and educative system in health promotion in a patient who needs teaching and demonstration in performing self-care. By applying this method the nurse is able to identify patientââ¬â¢s health promoting behaviorââ¬â¢s such as, health importance, self-efficacy, perceived control of health and perceived health status to find any gaps and/or barriers to their health promoting behavior (Simmons, 1990). By promoting health the nurse seeks to care for the individual by developing these behaviors of healthy living, which sets the stage for the individuals to gain knowledge to care for themselves. This applies to all nurses who actively promote healthy living by becoming an active influence in developing healthy living behaviors through education and guidance. Conclusion These middle range theories set the groundwork for research. Each are utilized daily in clinical practice to provide the best patient care.
